Inspiration from the Umbra Witch
Recently, the developers of the action game Stellar Blade announced an unexpected crossover with the Bayonetta series. As part of this collaboration, the main protagonist Eve will receive costumes directly inspired by the style of the famous Umbra Witch.
Game Director's Confession
In a recent interview with the Japanese magazine Famitsu, Stellar Blade game director Kim Hyung-tae openly confessed his passionate love for the PlatinumGames and Nintendo franchise. He named Bayonetta one of his all-time favorite series.
According to Kim, without the influence of the charismatic Bayonetta, he simply would not have been able to create Eve as players know and love her. Such continuity between striking action heroines only fuels fan interest in the future of both franchises.
