The development team behind the game Absolum is celebrating the first anniversary of their project with a full week of pleasant surprises and announcements. Among the highlights are a first look at the upcoming comic set in the game's universe and detailed statistics on how users tackle the challenges.
Expanding the Universe in Comics
In collaboration with the publisher Astrolabe Editions, the authors are preparing a full-fledged comic scheduled for release in 2027. The creators promise to delve deeper into the game's lore, show untold stories, and capture the atmosphere of magic, ink, and rebellion.
Playthrough Statistics: Only 30% Victories
The developers also shared interesting insights into player behavior:
- Most popular character: Galandra — chosen in 48% of all runs.
- Game difficulty: only 30% of players were able to successfully beat the game to the end. Because of this, the developers advise trying co-op mode for those experiencing difficulties.
It is worth noting that the published statistics are based on data from the Steam version, although the game is also available to players on Nintendo Switch family consoles.
