Studio IO Interactive has introduced a free expansion titled Extended Operations for the spy action game 007 First Light. While the game's release on Nintendo Switch 2 is expected next year, the developers are actively adding new content to the project on other platforms.
What's included in the free update:
- New Game+ Mode — the ability to replay the story with saved gear and unlocked skills;
- Full-fledged Photo Mode for creating cinematic screenshots;
- New side missions expanding James Bond's spy adventures;
- New weapons, outfits, and additional customization items.
The release of the 007 First Light version for the next-generation console Switch 2 is scheduled for March 2027. The developers confirm that all content from this major update will be available to players on Nintendo's hybrid system right on release day.
